CALL ME COFFEE srl, as Data Controller under EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter: “Regulation”) – considers the privacy and protection of personal data of visitors to its website “www.caffegiusto.it” (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitors” and the “Site”, respectively).
It presents here simplified information and, immediately following, detailed information, both made, under art. 13 of the Regulations, for the Site and an integral part thereof, which explain how and why CALL ME COFFEE collects, registers and uses personal data and the choices that can be made on how such information is collected and used.
The navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, except for the online shop and some areas where the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data relating to him to contact us or send requests. Therefore, where visitors intend to provide their personal data, they may refer to the information provided here.
CALL ME COFFEE guarantees that personal data will be processed following the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations therein. The processing of personal data of visitors will therefore be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation and storage, minimization and accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, and the principle of accountability referred to in art. 5 of the Regulation.
1) Data Controller
The Data Controller is Call Me Coffee Srl, with headquarters in Nusco, S.P. 59, Company Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Avellino, Tax Code and VAT Number 13192011008.
2) Types of personal data processed and Legal basis for processing
The types of data processed on the Site are attributable to the following categories:
2.1) Data provided voluntarily by the user for:
- a) sending requests for information via the contact form on the Site
- b) publication of comments to articles on the Website
When visitors leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form in addition to the IP address of the Visitor and the string of the user agent of the browser to facilitate spam detection.
An anonymized string created from the Visitor’s email address (otherwise called hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if it is using it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of the comment, the profile image is visible to the public in the context of the comment.
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the Visitors and the security check to identify anomalies and/ or abuses. In the cases expressly indicated, the legal basis is the consent freely provided by the interested party.
2.2) Data provided voluntarily by the user for the online purchase of Caffè Giusto products from the SHOP
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing is the need for the correct and complete performance of the contractual obligations resulting from the acceptance of an order.
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of such data is the need to collect statistical information on the use of the Site to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/ or abuses.
The transmission of navigation data in the anonymous form is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols and such data are collected in an anonymous form only to obtain statistical information on the use of the Website to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses.
Specifically, our site uses the Google Analytics system for web statistics services, and therefore Google could position, in this context, the related Google Analytics cookies on your devices to track and examine the use of the site by visitors anonymously.

2.4) Temporary and permanent cookies, not aimed at profiling in any way.
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of such data is the need to make the functionality of the site usable as a result of the user’s access.
Specifically, we do not use cookies that allow you to start programs on your devices or to load viruses on the same or that allow any type of control on your devices, nor cookies to access information on your devices, to store data on them or to monitor their activities.
Our website instead uses cookies to:
- Operation of the worpdress database
- Store the authorization to use cookies on the site
- use the new live chat service for online support (the latter only activate if you access the chat)
- allow us to share the contents of our site on Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin (the latter are activated only if used)

2.5) Data of third parties provided voluntarily by the Visitors who, in this case, stand as autonomous Data Controllers, assuming all legal obligations and responsibilities. In this sense, the Visitors confer on the point the widest indemnification concerning any dispute, claim, claim for compensation for the damage from processing, etc. that should reach the Data Controller from third parties, whose personal data have been processed through the use of services on the Site in violation of the applicable data protection rules.
In any case, if a Visitor provides or otherwise processes personal data of third parties in the use of the Site, guarantees from now on – assuming all related responsibilities – that this particular hypothesis of treatment is based on the prior acquisition – by the Visitor – of the consent of the third party to the processing of information concerning him.
3) Faculty of providing data
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the provision of personal data is optional. With respect to the purposes indicated in point 2.1a, failure to provide data will make it impossible to contact CALL ME COFFEE in order to receive a reply, the impossibility to use the online chat service and the impossibility to subscribe to the newsletter to receive periodic communications from CALL ME COFFEE; compared to the purpose indicated in point 2.1b, failure to provide data will make it impossible to post comments to the articles on the Site.
Concerning the purpose indicated in point 2.2, failure to provide data will make it impossible for the contract to be properly executed because of the fact that CALL ME COFFEE is not responsible, therefore the Visitor cannot buy Caffè Giusto products online.
4) Methods, authorised persons and place of data processing
The data will be mainly processed on an electronic medium. CALL ME COFFEE guarantees the lawful and correct processing of personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration.
The processing of the collected data is carried out by internal CALL ME COFFEE personnel for this purpose identified and authorized for the processing according to specific instructions given in compliance with current legislation.
The processing of data related to the information request form is carried out at the headquarters of CALL ME COFFEE indicated in point 1) by the persons in charge of the processing of the Sales Office.
The processing of data related to the online sale of Caffè Giusto products is carried out at the headquarters of CALL ME COFFEE indicated in point 1) by the persons in charge of the processing of the Commercial Office.
5) Data Retention
The data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the management of the purposes for which the data are collected in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations.
The data will not be communicated or disseminated to third parties except with the consent of the owners of the data, or in the presence of specific legal obligations.
The data will not be transferred to third countries, let alone outside the European Community.
Regarding online purchases, we accept payments via Paypal. During payment processing, some data is transferred to Paypal, including information needed to process or support payment, such as total purchases and billing information.

7) Rights of data subjects
Pursuant to art. 15 and ss. of the Regulation, the data subjects have the right to ask to CALL ME COFFEE, at any time, access to their personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same, or to oppose to their processing pursuant to art. 21 of the Regulation. Data subjects also have the right to request the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device the data concerning them, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation.
Using our contacts you can at any time exercise the rights granted by the Code (and the Regulation) and in particular: 1) obtain, without delay, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you; 2) obtain: a) the indication of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of the processing, the logic of the processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools, the identification details of the owner or managers, the persons or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as managers or agents; b) the updating, rectification, integration of the data; c) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation.
The right to obtain the copy/portability of the data relating to you, to obtain the limitation of the processing, or to revoke at any time the consent to the processing provided, and to lodge a complaint against the processing before the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
8) Amendments
CALL ME COFFEE reserves the right to review, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time, without notice, this Privacy Policy also in consideration of changes to laws or regulations regarding the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site in this section. CALL ME COFFEE invites you to regularly visit this section to learn about the most recent and updated version of the Privacy Policy so as to be always updated on the data collected and the use that makes it CALL ME COFFEE.
